Responsibilities

• Perform endoscopic procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions.

• Track and report on individual performance metrics and targets.

• Monitor patient vitals and document medical information accurately.

• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the endoscopy suite.

• Contribute to team meetings and share insights for process improvements.

• Adapt to new technologies and methodologies in endoscopy care.

• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

• Assist in inventory management and ordering of endoscopy supplies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Conduct endoscopic procedures with precision and patient safety in mind.
