Your challenge

• Tackle complex faults across mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and controls.
• Own preventive and corrective maintenance while strengthening predictive and spare-parts systems.
• Be a resource for teammates—support production staff and fellow techs with practical know-how.
• Rebuild worn parts to “as built” standards in the repair shop to reduce costs.
• Contribute to retrofits and upgrades; refine SOPs and shop repair instructions.
• Drive optimizations that elevate product quality, throughput, yield, and cost efficiency.
• Assist with validation protocols to keep changes compliant and reliable.

Could this be you?

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Confident reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.
• Comfort with a 12-hour rotating night shift: 6:30 PM–6:30 AM EST, 2 nights on/2 nights off, every other weekend (36–48 hours/week).
• Onsite role with 0% travel. Sponsorship & Relocation: Not available.

You’ll stand out if you have

• Direct machine maintenance experience and a track record of production equipment repair.
• Technical school certification or comparable training (e.g., manufacturing technology, electrical engineering).
