We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our Service Department. As the first point of contact for our service customers, you will play a critical role in delivering a positive experience by managing repair orders, explaining vehicle maintenance, and coordinating with technicians. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service, and helping people care for their vehicles, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers professionally and gather information about their vehicle concerns.
Write accurate and detailed repair orders using dealership systems.
Communicate technician findings and recommended services clearly and honestly.
Obtain customer authorization and provide accurate cost and time estimates.
Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process.
Promote routine maintenance and recommended services based on inspection results.
Coordinate with parts and technician teams to ensure timely service completion.
Review completed work with the customer and ensure satisfaction at time of delivery.
Follow up after service to maintain strong customer relationships.
Support dealership goals by meeting service sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or in a similar customer-facing automotive role preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and terminology is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Familiarity with dealership management systems ( CDK, & Xtime) is a plus.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
