OnBase Consultant

OnBase Consultant (Contract – 100% Remote)

We are seeking an OnBase expert with direct, hands‑on experience upgrading OnBase from EP5 to modern versions. Candidates without this specific upgrade experience will not be considered .

Required Experience

• Extensive OnBase upgrade experience (EP5 → latest versions required)
• Strong experience in OnBase architecture & solution design
• Experience in Windows environments with a SQL Server backend
• Proven work with OnBase REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Lead upgrade of an on‑prem OnBase instance to the newest release
• Architect solutions and provide API guidance to internal technical teams
• Assess requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations
• Optimize system performance and identify automation opportunities

Nice to Have

• Broader enterprise architecture or consulting experience

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
