Individual Mental Health Therapist PRN - Days
Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our mental health care team! As an Individual Therapist, you will engage with a diverse client population, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.
- Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches.
- Free individual and group supervision provided, total of 4 supervisions per month.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work or a related field or M aster's degree in a counseling-related field
- Active state licensure or eligible for licensure
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
