About Creative Realities

Creative Realities, Inc. ( NASDAQ: CREX) is a creative technology company focusing on bringing digital experiences to retail environments, designed to enrich and inspire the consumer journey. Our strong design and strategic discipline uniquely position us to guide Fortune 100 Brands and Retailers on how best to apply technology in function of marketing, store, or customer objectives. Our end to end offering enables us to execute what we recommend: from design and app development, thought to deployment on site - and provide ongoing content and support to virtually any type of environment.

About the Position

The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining and owning the product definitions and roadmap for a complex enterprise software application. The PM will work closely with existing and new clients as well as internal product development teams. The PM is responsible for gathering and formally documenting product features and stories, and providing thorough business and market justifications for them. This involves understanding the purpose and operation of the software platform, but also being able to see and explain where it needs to go and why it needs to go there. The PM must be able to distill client input, market trends, and input from internal teams like development and cloud operations to provide clear, meaningful, and well written business and feature objectives for the product. The PM should be able to work independently and have a strong desire to own and shape the product but do so with a servant leadership approach that is diplomatic and takes multiple viewpoints into account. The PM will work with an experienced team and will have great tools and processes available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for ad serving platform, from strategic planning to feature delivery, with a focus on monetization, scalability, and client satisfaction
  • Define and manage the roadmap for integrations with programmatic advertising platforms, ensuring platform alignment with client and partner requirements
  • Translate business goals into technical requirements, partnering with Engineering and QA to deliver reliable, performant ad-serving functionality
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, and Client Services to ensure successful onboarding and execution of programmatic campaigns
  • Serve as the internal expert on SSP/DSP functionality, ad delivery logic, and creative asset handling (streaming, caching, fallback, etc.)
  • Lead partner conversations and represent product decisions in joint meetings with external vendors, clients, and third-party tech providers
  • Prioritize backlog items and make data-informed tradeoffs to support the evolving needs of both enterprise clients and the internal delivery team
  • Document and communicate platform behavior, edge cases, and integration logic clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Establish success metrics and tracking plans to measure platform performance, proof-of-play delivery, and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to scale, resolution variability, and media delivery that may impact programmatic performance or revenue

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS
  • 5-8 years of experience working with enterprise software platforms as a product manager/analyst
  • 3+ years in adtech, martech, or programmatic media
  • Demonstrable experience with creating product requirements/user stories for sophisticated software applications
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with both client and sales facing communication and presentations
  • Experience capturing complex software requirements and user stories within a structured tool like Jira
  • Experience working directly with software management and developers on complex software applications
  • Proven experience with becoming an expert product manager in a specific vertical. Track record of learning and growing in depth to become a subject matter expert in their domain.

Key Competencies/Behaviors

  • Professional demeanor with unquestionable integrity
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to distill complex discussions and ideas into well-formed requirements
  • Self-motivated, achievement-oriented and willingness to be accountable
  • Patience and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
