What You’ll Do as Floor Manager

As the Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining Siena’s reputation for exceptional service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
• Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize the dining experience.
• Upholding Siena’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
• Supporting staff training and development to maintain a high-performing team.
• greet and touch tables
• assist during rushes
• run food/drinks
• help hosts or servers
• jump behind the bar if needed
• occasionally take a section when understaffed

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Weekly pay $500-700.
