Our menu features vibrant small plates and elevated entrées crafted by Executive Chef Baba, who brings creativity and precision to every dish. With a modern, chic atmosphere and a central cocktail bar showcasing curated craft cocktails, Siena is the go-to destination for everything from intimate date nights to lively celebrations.
What You’ll Do as Floor ManagerAs the Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining Siena’s reputation for exceptional service and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication and service flow.
- Managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries to optimize the dining experience.
- Upholding Siena’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
- Handling guest feedback with professionalism and ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.
- Supporting staff training and development to maintain a high-performing team.

- help hosts or servers
- jump behind the bar if needed
- occasionally take a section when understaffed
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Weekly pay $500-700.
