Test Automation QA

Akkodis is seeking a Test Automation QA for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and execute robust automated test frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications across environments.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $46/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Test Automation QA Job Responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium to validate application functionality, performance, and reliability.

• Create and execute automated test scripts for regression, smoke, and integration testing across multiple environments.

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA teams to identify test scenarios early and ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

• Analyze test results, log defects with clear reproduction steps, and work closely with teams to drive timely resolution.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles.

• Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to improving test automation standards, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 8–10 years of proven experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium-based automation frameworks with experience in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines, defect tracking tools, and test strategy ownership.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $46.00 per hour
