Key Responsibilities:
As a Yard Associate, you will be an essential part of our daily operations. Your duties will include:
- Receiving & Verification: Accurately receive vehicle titles from transport drivers and verify they match the corresponding vehicles.
- Documentation & Imaging: Take clear and detailed photos of vehicles for our records.
- Yard Organization: Efficiently locate and prepare vehicles for the next day's shipments.
- Yard Management: Safely move and organize vehicles within the yard to optimize space and workflow.
- Site Support: Assist with traffic control in the yard and support the loading team with tasks like cutting chains and preparing blocking materials.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Yard Manager and team members to complete any additional tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
- Ability to work full-time hours in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable with physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when checking documents and matching titles to vehicles.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
