In addition, VEI staffs a full product development lab that excels in flavor profiles and custom formulation, making each product precise and unique.

We’re looking for a 1st shift Maintenance Technician who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a real impact. In this role, you won’t just fix machines—you’ll help power the production of high-quality products that reach customers around the world.

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
  • Install new machinery and support equipment upgrades
  • Fabricate parts and manage spare parts inventory
  • Keep our facility clean, safe, and compliant with all standards
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and basic computer skills
  • Ability to use hand tools and read electrical schematics

Preferred:

  • Technical degree in industrial maintenance
  • Experience with PLCs and electronic systems
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
