About the Role You're Considering

Are you ready to shape the future of digital manufacturing? We're looking for a highly experienced Engineer with deep expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), particularly Solumina by iBase-t, to lead transformative initiatives across aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Do

• Lead MES implementations with a focus on Solumina iBase-t, from design through deployment.
• Architect seamless integrations between MES and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, SCADA, OPC, and more).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, IT, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows through gap analysis, process mapping, and system modeling.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycles—troubleshooting, validating, and tuning performance.
• Mentor and inspire junior engineers while contributing to our Digital Manufacturing Center of Excellence.
• Enable learning and adoption through training programs, sandbox environments, and virtual instructor-led sessions.

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be a US Citizen
• Experience : 3+ years of hands-on work with Solumina iBase-t and MES implementations.
• Technical Skills :
• Advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL), scripting (Python, JavaScript), and low-code platforms.
• Integration experience with REST APIs, BAPI, and data warehouses.
• Strong grasp of OT/IT architecture including SCADA, PLC, and OPC protocols.
• Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage full lifecycle MES projects.
• Communication : Clear, confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,200.00 - $169,000.00.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
