Inside Sales Agent (ISA)/Appointment Setter- Real Estate Team

At Joe Knows The Market, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent (ISA)to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients. You’ll engage with both warm and cold leads , qualify prospects , and set appointments for our lead agent. You will be responsible for following up with leads and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills , a strong sales acumen , and an excellent rapport builder . This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business , so we provide the tools and support you will need to perform at your best.

- Working hours are Monday-Friday (Some Weekends May Be Required)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads using scripts and proven sales strategies
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media inboxes
- Qualify leads, gather key information, and schedule appointments for our lead agent
- Accurately manage the lead agent's calendar when setting appointments, along with the executive assistant
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Follow up persistently to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with agents and team leadership to improve lead conversion
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate minimum education requirement
- Sales experience is required
- Must live in the Augusta, GA area
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle to get to client appointments
- Valid driver's license.
- Real estate experience or license is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM is a plus
- Ability to respond very quickly to sellers via phone calls/text messages.
- Must be excited to meet new people, ask questions, engage in conversation, smile, LISTEN, and influence other people
- Ability to follow up for multiple weeks, months, or years in case a home visit does not produce a contract
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be ambitious and love talking to people
- Must have a positive attitude, be coachable, and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent rapport builder - Maintain a direct yet empathetic selling style
- Must possess a positive mental attitude, an open mind, a growth mindset, and flexibility in approach
- Must be willing to learn and continuously improve skills
- A fast starter, able to use their people skills and talents to build a lasting career
- Must have exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
Compensation: Base salary of $24,000 - $36,000 + bonus based on the quality of appointments set/held
