Commercial Strategy & Operations Intern
- Support the development of commercial strategies by assisting with analysis, planning, and execution across channels and customers.
- Help build amplification plans that translate brand and innovation strategies into actionable commercial tools for customer and bottler teams.
- Support cross-functional input and alignment throughout the project.
- Collaborate with brand, category, supply chain, and commercial teams to support initiative alignment and readiness.
- Assist in the development of presentations and materials used to communicate initiatives to bottlers and customer teams.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Analytics, a related field, or have graduated from their degree program no earlier than December 2025.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Prior internship or project experience in consumer goods, beverages, marketing, or commercial strategy.
- Familiarity with category management, commercialization, or innovation processes.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools, data, dashboards, or performance tracking tools.
- Exposure to end-to-end commercial strategy and innovation within a leading global consumer goods company.
- Hands-on experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Development of strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Insight into how brands are commercialized across channels and bottling systems.

- Monthly Salary (undergraduate): $4,506
