Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Duluth, Georgia — earn up to ($1874 - $1973 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Participate in professional development and training programs.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Utilize data to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Georgia with ICU experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to monitor and assess critical patient conditions effectively.
Experience in administering medications and treatments in ICU settings.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Strong collaboration skills with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
Ability to document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience in quality improvement initiatives and performance evaluations.
Adaptability to changing patient needs and unit demands effectively.
Engagement in educating patients and families on care procedures.
Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment consistently.
