Territory Development Representative- Cannabinoid/Hemp Brands

Role Overview
The Territory Development Representative in Georgia is the field marketing and merchandising engine for The Pack Labs. You’ll work side-by-side with your Market Development Manager to ensure our brands are visible, properly represented, and active in every key account. This role blends elements of merchandising, field marketing, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute retail and wholesale merchandising programs across assigned accounts
- Ensure products are properly stocked, priced, and displayed according to brand standards
- Build relationships with store managers and staff to increase product awareness and velocity
- Support MDMs in setting up new accounts and maintaining existing ones
Activate retail marketing programs, including in-store signage, sampling, and product education - Gather market intelligence and competitive insights through store visits
- Track execution metrics and submit weekly territory reports
- Coordinate with Brand Ambassadors to schedule and staff promotional events
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or retail sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to travel within assigned market (50–75%)
- Passion for cannabis culture, CPG innovation, and premium brand building
- Work with our product line that has strong market demand, giving you a head start in driving revenue.
- OTE of $80,000-$90,000+ realistic first-year earnings ($50,000-$60,000 Base + OTE)
