Maintenance Tech
shift: Third
work hours: 8 PM - 8 AM
education: High School Responsibilities
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Perform scheduled (PM) and emergency repairs on production, packaging, and robotic machinery to minimize downtime.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems .
- Installation & Testing: Assemble and calibrate new equipment; interpret electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workspace by following OSHA/EPA guidelines , including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and 5S standards.
- Facility & Shop Support: Perform general facility repairs (plumbing, structural) and use machine shop tools to fabricate simple repair parts.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate industrial vehicles like forklifts, boom lifts, and pallet jacks.
- Documentation: Accurately complete work orders and track parts inventory to ensure operational efficiency.

- Plumbing (1 year of experience is preferred)

- precision measuring tools (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Robotics Experience (1 year of experience is preferred)
