Job Title - Position Description: Registered Nurse Research and Infusion

Reports to: Senior Director, Quality

MISSION

The Research and Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination and implementation of research endeavors. Additionally, the research/infusion nurse will administer and care for patients receiving infusion-based medications for various disease states.

• Use clinical knowledge to assess and adjust the need for intervention based on the patient's individual history and current disease/condition state to ensure patient safety and clinical outcomes.

• Effectively utilizing interdepartmental, pharmaceutical, and sponsor resources to ease burdens of disease/condition requirements for various patient groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's in Nursing

Credentials/Licensures:

• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support Certification

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• 3+ years of direct patient care experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous, Job Relevant Work Experience:

• 4+ years of direct patient care experience in Urology field/setting
• Oncology/chemotherapy experience
• Research coordination experience

Credentials/Licensures:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
