ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician , you'll play a critical role in keeping essential equipment and electrical systems operating safely and reliably. Working alongside a skilled team, this role includes troubleshooting complex electrical issues, performing preventive maintenance, completing repairs, and supporting the reliable operation of facilities and equipment.

We are currently hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician , who has their Journeyman Electrician License , in the Jones, OK area. The starting pay is $30.00-$45.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates with enough industry experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase motors, wiring, motor controls, and related equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to improve equipment reliability and extend the life of facility assets.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, control systems, auto dialers, and other critical facility equipment.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and facility systems to support reliable operations.
• Complete accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas while promoting a clean, organized, and safety-focused workplace.
• Respond to equipment failures and emergency call-outs to quickly restore operations and minimize downtime.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• High school diploma or GED, plus at least two years of related electrical maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.
• Valid driver's license required (Class B CDL preferred for some locations).
• Journeyman Electrician License required (site-specific requirements may vary).
• Experience using Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and participate in an on-call schedule as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
