Job Overview
1. Inventory Accuracy – verifying inventory after WO completions and cycle counts a
2. Receiving and Put-Away timelines – ensuring that materials are received into the i hours of
receipt.
3. Shipping and Ordering accuracy – able to complete shipment and WO issuances to minimizing
mistakes and maximizing output.
4. Workplace Organization – maintaining proper conditions of the work area, storage impacts
efficiency and readiness.
5. Effective communication – able to use email, chat and verbal communication to cl inaccuracies
in the inventory and vocalize current tasks and priorities.
Section 2 – Job Functions and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receive, count and record shipment data into the inventory systems. Matches packag
packed/delivered raw materials.
2. Pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tags properly.
3. Deliver raw materials, supplies, and equipment to designated areas. May operate fork complete
tasks.
4. Complete bin transfers, issuance of materials for production orders, inventory returns to
maintain the integrity of the inventory materials.
