Chef de Cuisine
Talat Market is looking for a Chef de Cuisine to lead back-of-house operations and help build a highly organized, consistent kitchen. This is an ideal role for a chef who takes pride in systems, structure, and developing strong teams.

Chef Parnass Savang leads the creative vision and menu development. This role focuses on execution, kitchen management, and operational excellence
This role is ideal for a strong sous chef ready for their first CDC role or a CDC who enjoys building structure and leading teams more than menu development.
