Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Shipping Manager to manage the daily operation of packing, shipping and product flow. Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate inventory and on time shipments; monitoring and ensuring compliance to all Health & Safety policies; working with production team to ensure a high level of customer service; contributing to the growth, development and success of all partners.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of managing and directing individuals in day-to-day shipping activities.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools.
