Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Serve and satisfy customers
- Prepare all Bruster’s products
- General cleaning and maintenance
- Report quality and quantity concerns to manager
- Restock products/supplies as needed
- Opening/Closing Procedures
- The overall responsibility of an Ice Cream Scooper is to create an experience that encourages customers to come back.
Skills
- Must possess verbal skills sufficient to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Must possess math skills sufficient to make change for customers quickly and accurately.
- The position of Ice Cream Scooper requires friendliness and a high energy level. Scoopers should be team players, who are mature and very neat in appearance. This position has constant customer contact.
