Compensation: $24 - $31 / hr DOE

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Benefits & LOA Administrator to join our client's team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to support high-volume benefits and LOA tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Download, organize and maintain HR documents for the team
- Manage Excel trackers (data entry, updates, maintenance)
- Process incoming/outgoing physical mail: scan, sort, prepare, mail, and respond to mailings
- Verify benefit-related documents and compile approvals
- Send reminder emails and support general administrative tasks as needed
- Work with HR team virtually and on-site (2 days/week)
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience in HR support, talent coordination, or administrative roles
- Proficiency with Excel; prior experience with Workday or other HRIS is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High comfort with administrative, process-driven work
- Ability to stay organized, patient, and efficient in a high-volume environment
- Previous exposure to Benefits or LOA administration (though full training will be provided)
