The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill - Line Cook Needed

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is looking for a talented Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality ingredients and prepare mouthwatering Mediterranean dishes for our patrons. If you have a flair for culinary creativity and a dedication to exceptional customer experiences, we want you on our team!
Job Summary
- Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment
- Prepare and present food in an appealing manner
- Maintain inventory levels and restock when needed
- Follow food safety regulations
- Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
