Maintenance & Custodial Technician (Kennesaw)

TRC Talent is looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary:
Responsible for basic cleaning, facility upkeep, and minor repairs to support daily warehouse and plant operations. This role helps maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $19/hour
Job type: Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain warehouse, plant, office areas, and surrounding grounds
• Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks; report major issues to the Plant Manager
• Keep cleaning supplies organized, and request restocking as needed
• Regularly remove trash and debris from the facility
• Help identify and report safety hazards
• Follow all safety, health, ISO, and 6S standards
• Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work on a warehouse floor around heavy machinery
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and repair processes preferred
• Must meet company performance standards and expectations
• Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift
