As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be tasked with fostering and nurturing relationships directly with consumers to enhance their experience and satisfaction with their essential service needs. This includes engaging with community builders, property managers, and new residents to facilitate seamless service setups.
This is a Full-Time opportunity that requires a hands-on approach and cannot be performed remotely. This position demands a high level of dedication and a pro-active attitude, as it involves direct interaction with clients in their physical settings primarily in new construction communities, integrating high-speed internet, wireless phone service, and TV and streaming solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build strong, effective partnerships with new construction communities, builders, and property managers.
- Directly engage with new homeowners and renters to facilitate an easy setup of essential services like high-speed internet, wireless communication, and television streaming.
- Actively promote and sell bundled solutions tailored from top national service providers.
- Drive sales targets through strategic in-person outreach and relationship-building.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle service setup-related inquiries and concerns.
- Keep abreast of the latest in service technologies and enhancements to offer up-to-date solutions to clients.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client management in the internal CRM system.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
Requirements

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Sales experience, preferably in direct sales, real estate, or a related field, is highly advantageous.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Educational background in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
