- Assist with audience research, segmentation, and CRM organization
- Help execute targeted campaigns that support business growth
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions and marketing campaigns
- Help organize, document, and improve marketing workflows
- Track basic performance metrics and support reporting and analysis
- Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Support paid and organic social media efforts

- Experience working with families, children, youth programs, sports, fitness, or swim-related environments is a plus
