Forklift Operator
- Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Forklift Certification
- 2–3 years of forklift experience in a warehouse environment (textile experience preferred)
- Experience operating stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts (gas and/or electric)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and stooping
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced environment
- Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE), including reach trucks, order pickers, and forklifts
- Receive, move, and stage products using RF scanning equipment to ensure inventory accuracy
- Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all PPE and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Transport textile materials to workstations and move finished goods to staging areas
- Complete training on 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) for 6–8 weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
