Pay: $45,000–$58,000 per year based on experience

Support a growing healthcare technology team in a customer-facing role.

Cogent Technology Resource is seeking a highly organized, professional, and customer-focused Sales Administrative Assistant to support our account managers and account coordinators. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping a team organized, helping move quotes and opportunities forward, creating polished marketing materials, and interacting with customers in a professional way.

This is not just an internal admin role. This position plays an important part in supporting the sales process, coordinating details, and helping deliver a strong experience for both our team and our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Support account managers and account coordinators with day-to-day sales and administrative tasks
• Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and customer-facing documents
• Help gather project details during simple site walkthroughs and customer visits
• Maintain accurate notes, opportunity information, and internal records
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and sales support activities
• Help create and organize marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral
• Communicate with customers professionally by phone, email, and in person
• Track open items and help keep the sales team organized and moving efficiently
• Assist with document formatting, data entry, and general coordination across projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, sales support, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills and a professional customer-facing presence
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Able to create polished documents, presentations, and basic marketing materials
• Comfortable learning quoting processes and supporting opportunity management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience supporting a sales team
• Experience with quoting, proposals, or project coordination
• Experience in healthcare, construction, technology integration, or other fast-paced service environments
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Environment

• Primarily in-office in Northeast Atlanta
• Occasional local travel for customer walkthroughs and site visits
• Customer-facing role supporting a fast-moving sales team
• Collaborative environment with direct visibility into projects and client relationships
