Starting Rate of pay:

$24.39/hour

Shifts Available and Hours:

Night shift

7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

• Place safety first.
• Responsible for the productive and efficient operation of the extrusion press.
• Responsible for Quality and Quantity of material being produced in the extrusion press.
• Responsible for monitoring and controlling the Log Furnace.
• Responsible for monitoring and operating the Log Shear.
• Responsible for monitoring and operating the Extrusion Press.
• Responsible for monitoring and operating the Extrusion Puller System.
• Responsible for the control of the Extrusion Cooling Process.
• Responsible for monitoring and operating the Extrusion Handling System.
• Responsible for the computer set-up and monitoring of the extrusion press system.
• Responsible for quality checks of the extruded material.
• Responsible for housekeeping around the press operation area.

What will make you successful?

Required Education/Experience:

• The ability to work any shift is required

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• Desirable Manufacturing Experience.
• HSD or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with AS400 system plus.
• Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift to 65 lbs. on a repetitive
  basis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English; Good verbal
  communications skills a plus.
• Team player; ability to work as a team.
• Self-starter; Adaptable to change.
• Ability to prioritize needs.
