Manager, FP&A – Hybrid | Atlanta, GA
A global services firm is hiring a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a multi-entity environment. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Own monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and reporting packages
- Analyze KPIs, trends, and variances to guide strategic decisions
- Partner with department heads to align forecasts and drive performance
- Present insights to executives and support board-level reporting
- Improve processes and support system transitions
Must-Haves:
- 5 years FP&A experience in a mid-to-large company
- Adaptive Planning software experience required
- Strong Excel skills and financial modeling
- Multi-entity accounting experience
Nice-to-Haves:
- Professional services industry background
