About Pinecrest Academy: Pinecrest Academy is seeking a dynamic, faith-filled PreK-8th Grade Principal to lead its vibrant, Christ-centered community beginning July 2026. Pinecrest Academy is a premier Catholic school situated on a beautiful, 68 acre collegiate-style campus in the Northeast Atlanta Metro area. The Opportunity: The next PreK-8th Grade Principal will serve as the division's instructional and spiritual leader, advancing Catholic identity, nurturing a culture of joyful formation, and championing academic excellence. In close collaboration with school leadership, faculty, staff, and families, the Principal will guide the spiritual, intellectual, and moral development of Pinecrest's youngest students while stewarding resources and supporting the school's continued growth. Faculty Growth & Supervision: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate mission-aligned educators; support ongoing professional and spiritual formation; foster a collaborative faculty culture. Operational Leadership: Oversee daily PreK-8th grade operations; ensure safe, effective systems and procedures; partner in long-range planning aligned with Pinecrest's mission and strategic priorities. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families; foster transparent and consistent communication; serve as a visible ambassador of Pinecrest's mission and culture.
