Our ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving and will use their strong organizational skills to execute complex estate planning and business succession strategies to help clients plan for their future. Your daily practice will center on working closely with clients to navigate complex estate planning, estate administration, mergers and acquisitions, and business compliance. • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Manage estate administration and probate proceedings with attention to detail and empathy for clients' needs.
• Draft and review documents related to mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, entity formation, contracts, and compliance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and responsive service.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Excellent technology skills (Mac proficiency preferred; familiarity with Clio preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or corporate law.
