Job Title: Medical Patient Collector
Location: Atlanta, GA (Buckhead area)
Compensation: $18–$23 / hour
Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (flexible start times available)

Our client is a well-established healthcare organization in the Buckhead area seeking a motivated Patient Collector to support their payment posting team. This is a great opportunity to join a professional and patient-focused environment with opportunities for long-term growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in medical patient collections
- Ability to review and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing patient accounts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to patients regarding unpaid account balances in a professional and empathetic manner
- Review and verify patient account information for billing accuracy
- Inform patients and guarantors about financial aid or assistance options
- Set up and manage monthly payment arrangements
- Prepare and forward accounts to collections when necessary
- Process patient refund requests in compliance with company policies
