Job DetailsWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our internal reporting and tracking system and lead the next chapter of our technology in-house. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both stability and creative freedom, offering the security of a mature business while also providing the opportunity to architect and drive new technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Take full technical ownership of our web-based internal reporting system, currently maintained by an external vendor, and lead the transition to in-house development within 3–6 months.
- The system is actively used by agents nationwide, so improvements directly impact day-to-day operations and business performance.

Lead and coordinate with outsourced developers as needed, with the potential to build and manage an internal team in the future.
Partner with leadership to propose and prioritize technical initiatives that add value for agents and users.
Qualifications
5+ years of full stack development experience with strong front-end and back-end skills (React, PHP, Java, SQL; Python a plus).
Experience with API integrations and AWS deployment.
- Interest in exploring practical applications of generative AI where it creates real business value.
Product-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Leadership potential — self-starter who communicates clearly and can grow into a CTO-level role.
Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve business processes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
Must be local, with one day per week in-office.
You’ll be the architect of our next technical chapter, shaping how our agents work, how our systems evolve, and how our business continues to grow. This is a unique opportunity for a mid-career developer to step into a lead role with real influence and a clear path toward future leadership.
