Bilingual Front Office Coordinator
Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator (Spanish/English) – Children’s Dental Sedation of Atlanta
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM | Occasional Saturdays
Children’s Dental Sedation of Atlanta is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-driven Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator (Spanish/English) to be the welcoming first point of contact for our patients and families. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoy helping others—this could be the perfect fit!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients and families with warmth and professionalism (in Spanish and English ).
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage a busy check-in/check-out flow.
- Verify patient demographics, collect required forms, and ensure a smooth front office experience.
- Insurance verification (required) and benefits reviews.
- Pre-authorizations (a plus) and support with insurance-related questions.
- Collect copays and payments, post transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office role preferred.
- Strong experience with insurance verification.
- Pre-authorization experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort in a high-volume environment.
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude.
