Executive Assistant
Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 base + annual bonus Summary
Our client plans, builds, and manages real estate spaces near universities and research hubs, activating innovation ecosystems where businesses, researchers, and communities grow together. Our client is hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO and COO of the fast-growing, founder-led organization. Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, priorities, and scheduling for the CEO and COO
• Protect executive time and navigate gatekeepers with confidence
• Manage executive email, correspondence, and follow-through (phased access as trust is built)
• Coordinate high-touch travel, primarily private aviation
• Support the COO closely; they travel together frequently
• Provide limited secondary support to select leaders, primarily scheduling and travel
• Help organize files, systems, and workflows in a growing, evolving office
• Support light office operations, including supplies and shared spaces Requirements
• 10+ years providing high-level executive support to a CEO or Founder in fast-paced, founder-led organizations (real estate, development, construction, law, or similar)
• Strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence
• Highly organized with the ability to create systems where none exist
• Comfortable working with a brilliant, fast-thinking executive who values humor and candor
• Advanced Outlook skills, strong Excel skills
• Willing and excited to work fully onsite Why This Role
This organization is in a rapid growth phase, expanding from approximately 65 employees today to 100+ over the next 18–24 months. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in helping leadership scale thoughtfully while maintaining high standards.
