The Exterior Aircraft Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the aircrafts exterior by using specialized equipment to clean wax and inspect for damage ensuring safety appearance and minimal ground time through efficient detail-oriented work.

WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS AN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER

• Wash and clean the exterior of aircraft including the fuselage wings and tail
• Use specialized cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt grease and stains
• Inspect the aircrafts exterior for any damage or maintenance issues and report findings
• Follow all safety protocols while working at heights and around aircraft
• Ensure the aircrafts appearance meets airline and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with ground crew and maintenance staff for aircraft positioning and safety
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid state-issued drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
• 1 Year of Customer Service
• 1 Year of cleaning or maintenance experience
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
