Manufacturing Execution Systems Programmer I (MES)

: SUMMARY We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MES Programmer to join our team. The MES Programmer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of MES software solutions to optimize manufacturing process and improve overall efficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with gathering requirements and understanding business processes related to manufacturing operations
• Support the design, development, and configuration of MES software applications under the guidance of senior team members
• Customize and integrate MES applications to meet the specific needs of our manufacturing environment
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that MES software solutions meet functional and performance requirements
• Assist with documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for MES software solutions
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use MES software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of MES software solutions with overall business objectives and processes
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MES development and manufacturing technology

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in manufacturing technology and process automation
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, or SQL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
