Job Description: Seronda Network We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that every aspect of the event runs smoothly. Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and accounted for to stay within financial guidelines.
- Liaise with clients to understand their event goals and objectives, and translate those into actionable plans.
- Coordinate transportation and accommodation arrangements for attendees and speakers as necessary.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for events to ensure a smooth flow of activities.
- Oversee on-site event execution, managing staff, vendors, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the event.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for creating unique experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.
