Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team! This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
Client Consultation: Present customized staffing solutions to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of workforce challenges and industry trends.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Talent Matching: Work closely with recruiters to align clients’ needs with qualified candidates, ensuring successful placements.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging staffing needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, track sales activities, and submit reports to management.
Contract & Agreement Preparation: Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
Order Processing: Create and submit customer orders, ensuring all staffing requests are accurately fulfilled.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or human resources industry.
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills with the ability to present solutions effectively.
✅ Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
✅ Ability to develop & maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
✅ Knowledge of staffing industry trends (preferred but not required).
✅ Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite.
✅ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation for client visits.
