We are a professional staffing firm that works with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a B2C Collections Specialist opportunity with a National Pool Company specializing in the sale and installation of above-ground swimming pools and related accessories. Your specific duties will include:

• Contacting customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances.
• Negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
• Providing account statements and payment options to customers as needed.
• Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collection efforts in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including customer service and finance, to address account issues.
• Recommending accounts for escalation when necessary, including legal action or third-party collections.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• 5+ years of experience in B2C collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Pay Rate Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) plan.
