Premier Placements is hiring entry-level and experienced Apartment Leasing Consultants for temp and temp-to-perm roles. Come join our team! We service apartment communities throughout Metro Atlanta including Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Roswell, Chamblee, Doraville, Decatur, Tucker, South Atlanta, Norcross, Duluth, Marietta, Smyrna and more.

Pay: $16.50 per hour, paid weekly every Friday

Schedule: Many of our clients are looking to hire so applicants who want temp-to-perm opportunities must be able to work full-time leasing office hours which typically include weekends. General leasing office hours are Monday-Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from 1 pm to 5 pm.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will use your sales and customer service skills to lease apartments and nurture an excellent reputation for the community to maintain and grow positive relationships with residents of multi-family residential apartments. Your role is essential in providing top-tier services to maintain the standards of clients' esteemed community.

Leasing Consultant Qualifications:

1. Fair Housing Certification (Provided at no cost for those needing certification).
2. A history of face to face sales.
3. Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
4. Organized approach with the agility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
5. Team-centric mindset with a consistently positive attitude.
6. Must have reliable transportation.
7. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently process rental applications, obtain required documents, coordinate move-ins, and prepare all lease documentation.
2. Proactively respond to telephone and online inquiries, warmly greet potential residents, and conduct comprehensive property tours.
3. Utilize persuasive skills in order to lease apartments.
4. Log resident service requests with precision, assisting the maintenance team in prompt task completion. Uphold the presentation standards of the office, vacant units, model apartments, and amenities, ensuring they're always tour-ready.
5. Regularly complete market surveys to stay updated with competitors’ offerings.
6. Utilize various property-specific software such as OneSite, Yardi, or Entrata to maintain detailed documentation and records in the property management system.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

1. Always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
2. Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
3. Climb up and down stairs multiple times a day.
4. Comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
5. Apply common sense understanding and use good judgment daily.
6. Handle high-pressure situations with composure.
7. Work in an office or outside environment as needed.
