Your Mission
As a Training Engineer – Warehouse Robotics , you will play a key role in empowering our teams and partners with the knowledge and skills needed to deploy and operate our advanced robotic systems. You will design and deliver impactful training programs that support our global growth and ensure excellence in execution.
What You Will Be Doing
- Clarify training needs with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop training programs and paths tailored to operational roles
- Design and update training materials for trainers and learners
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to create learning modules
- Deliver training sessions to Exotec employees and international partners
- Stay up to date on products, processes, and deployment methods by working with internal teams and visiting customer sites
- Evaluate training outcomes and implement improvements based on feedback and performance
- Continuously enhance training content using innovative teaching methods
- Contribute to any other tasks relevant to the role and its scope
Requirements
We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences. If you meet some (not all) of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply:
- A degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or business.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical training, with a passion for sharing knowledge
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to independently manage schedules, align stakeholders, and drive initiatives forward
- Familiarity with the logistics sector, or a strong curiosity to dive into it
- A desire to be part of a fast-growing company shaping the future of robotics
- Independence and initiative: you thrive in dynamic environments and take ownership of your work
