- Possess expertise in Swisslog Software Product Suite functionality and operation
- Know how to customize each functional area
- Understand Swisslog Controls Product Suite
- Lead requirements workshops with customers
- Create Functional Specifications
- Create Host Interface Specifications
- Address requirement gaps via Change Orders
- Prepare and update requirements gathering materials
- Support requirement management for related teams
What you need to succeed
Essential
- Formal qualifications in engineering and/or computer science, or a related field
- Working knowledge of the Warehouse and Distribution business sector and operational processes
- At least five years’ experience in providing Software and/or Controls solutions
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Working knowledge of Material Flow Control Systems
Desirable
- Other software/controls product SME certification
- Working knowledge of PLC controls and control logic
- Experience in defining, procuring, installing and maintaining IT Hardware, Controls Hardware and their supporting infrastructure
