Licensed Esthetician

We are looking for a licensed Esthetician with excellent customer service skills to join our team in a dual role as both Office Receptionist and Service Provider. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with clients, keeping operations running smoothly, and offering a variety of beauty and wellness services. Candidates with additional certifications in massage, nails, or other specialties will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Reception & Office Duties:

• Welcome clients and create a warm, professional environment.
• Answer phone calls, manage scheduling software, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle client check-in/check-out, payments, and membership or package sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
• Support administrative tasks such as email communication, filing, and inventory tracking.

Esthetic Services:

• Perform facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, waxing, LED therapy, and other offered skincare treatments.
• Consult with clients to identify skincare needs and recommend tailored services/products.
• Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare.
• Ensure treatment rooms and tools are clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Offer lash extensions, lash lifts, or brow shaping/lamination.

Expanded Services (if licensed/certified):

• Provide massage therapy (relaxation or therapeutic).
• Perform manicures, pedicures, or nail enhancements.
• Apply professional makeup for events or special occasions.
• Provide body contouring, spray tanning, or other wellness services.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Esthetician (required).
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Additional licensure/certifications in massage therapy, nail technology, lashes, or makeup (a plus).
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional appearance and a passion for client care.
