Key Responsibilities
Support client planning and coordination activities
Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning timelines
Assist with coordinating arrangements related to events, meetings, and travel logistics
Maintain clear communication with clients and service providers
Track planning progress and maintain documentation
Help ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Clear communication and professionalism
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using digital communication and scheduling tools
Background in customer service, hospitality, administration, or coordination is helpful but not required
