Position: Parts and Service Representative
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Schedule: 9am - 6pm
Pay: $48,000 – $52,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Parts and Service Representative for a client in Fayetteville, GA to support daily customer service, parts fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role works cross-functionally to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and customer support that drives uptime and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to dealer and customer inquiries via phone and email

• Identify and recommend parts using diagrams and product documentation

• Accurately enter and manage orders through ERP systems

• Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy

• Proactively recommend related and preventative maintenance parts

• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and receiving stock

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Promote service programs and solutions to support customers and drive sales

Must Haves:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Previous experience in parts & service desk in a service department

• High attention to detail with ability to multitask

• Experience working with ERP systems or similar software

• Comfortable interpreting technical parts information or diagrams

• Sales mindset with ability to identify opportunities to add value

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support warehouse operations

Preferred Skills:

• Inventory control or warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping)

• Mechanical or technical aptitude

• Experience supporting dealers or B2B customers
