Salary: $60,000–$65,000

We are an established, upscale casual restaurant focused on quality, consistency, and genuine hospitality. We’re looking for a Pastry Chef who wants true ownership of their program and the opportunity to create, refine, and lead a dessert offering that reflects the standards of the kitchen.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position with full ownership of the pastry program. You’ll be responsible for developing and evolving the dessert menu, balancing creativity with consistency, and building a program that fits seamlessly within the restaurant.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop the dessert menu—seasonal changes, new ideas, and continuous refinement

• Execute all pastry and dessert production with consistency and attention to detail

• Create desserts that are approachable, thoughtful, and aligned with an upscale casual experience

• Manage prep, ordering, inventory, and cost controls

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and structure within the pastry program

• Train and support team members involved in pastry production

• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure a cohesive guest experience

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in a Pastry Chef or strong Pastry Lead role

• Strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques

• Creative and confident in menu development, with an understanding of what sells

• Organized, detail-driven, and highly consistent

• A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
