Role and Team
We're looking for a Retail Remarketing Operations Specialist to join our fast-moving team in Fairburn, GA. In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps our wholesale and remarketing pipeline running smoothly — helping dealers acquire the right inventory for nearly new, CPO, and traditional used car sales. You'll connect dealerships, streamline operations, and maximize the value of every vehicle that moves through our lanes and online platforms. You'll also be the direct point of contact for our national Carvana HQ team for all things Clear, ensuring seamless execution across Georgia and the USA.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end remarketing process
- Partner with dealerships, auctions, and regional sales teams to optimize in-lane & online sales
- Oversee auction and dealer transportation needs
- Act as the point of contact for ADESA Clear
- Work with our national sales team on data mining, digital campaigns & one-to-one marketing
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve speed-to-sale & profitability
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance & reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through data, technology & dealer feedback
Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must have the ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
- Experience in retail automotive, remarketing, software sales, or in-house sales support (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills — able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Comfort with digital platforms, inventory tools & data reporting.
- Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative mindset — works well with sales, dealers, and logistics teams.

Physical Working Conditions
